November Meetings
The first week of November is a busy one with the final ISD#833 Listening Sessions, a last minute Special School Board Meeting scheduled to hire a new Communications Director, the School Board Workshop, and the 2022 General Election.
In JAiME for SCHOOLS website MENU above, select “VOTE” to see a list of the candidates SoWashCo residents will be voting on November 8th. Map overlays can also come in handy, and I have organized them by our district HERE.
Last month, the school district began gathering feedback from residents of SoWashCo through LISTENING SESSIONS. There are three sessions remaining in the month of November. I am very encouraged by the transparency of the district in providing a well organized format for residents to share and retain feedback through professional facilitators leading the discussions. Take a look at the comments gathered so far before heading in to your listening session in this final week. RSVP at the link below to attend.
